Return Policy

Refund and Return Terms and Conditions
Excluding the event of receiving defective products, we will not be able to handle returns once it is shipped.
※Please confirm the color, quantity and all other selective options of the product before placing your order. Once the payment has successfully gone though, you are agreeing to be bound by our Returns Policy. 
Under general conditions, once we have receive your returned goods, you will receive your refund within 15 business days. 
>Once you have completed your purchase, you will not be able to cancel or modify your order online. Please contact customer service after you have received your goods to arrange refunds and returns. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returned package sent back to us. 
>In the event of receiving a defective product, please contact our customer service within 15 business days after you have received your goods. Please note you will need to open the package and take pictures of your goods within 24 hours after receiving it. 
>In the event you change your mind (due to product size, color, design and/or stitch issues such as untrimmed threads), you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returned package sent back to us. 
>No refund or exchange for sale items except items with quality issue. (Size/ Color/ Printing/ Stitching problems etc. are not included in quality issue.).
>In the event you return and/or refund goods, all tags/free gifts/accessories attached and the original packaging must be included. If we’ve determined that your purchase does not meet the required conditions, we will not be able to proceed your return/refund application.
>In the event you return and/or refund goods, it must be packed in its original condition. 

Refund and Return are limited to the following

※Slight indentation / abrasion /damage on the outer package is inevitable during the loading and delivery process; Slight stitch issues such as untrimmed threads will be considered as a minor quality matter, hence will not be categorized as a garment defect qualified for a return or refund, as it does not impose significant impact upon the product itself. 
>In the event product is damaged due to customer’s negligence upon failing to observe the precautions labelled in the product description.
>In the event product is damaged due to customer’s misuse and accident, resulting in stains/change of shape/snags on the product. 
>In the event product is damaged due to customer’s abuse such as torn tags, hence could not be resold.  
>In the event product is washed or altered by customer.
>In the event information is inputted incorrectly by customer, resulting in goods lost in transit due to contacting issues. "
>White clothes will not be accepted for return once they are out of the stocks.
Refund and Return Shipping Costs

>In the event you change your mind, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returned package sent back to us. 
>In the event you receive faulty goods or when goods are missing, NERDY HK will be responsible for all shipping costs. 

Refund and Return Method

>In the event you are not able to to cancel or modify your order online, please contact customer service for all refund and return services.
>In the event you receive faulty goods or when goods are missing, in order to proceed with the refund and return process, please open the package and take pictures of your goods within 24 hours after receiving it. 
Without submitting any pictures as proof or any late submissions will not be applicable to our refund and return services. 
>Without prior consent, self-return and/or exchanges in our warehouse is strictly prohibited.
